Shipping & Returns
S/H cost is included on all orders. All products are shipped either via USPS Mail or FedEx and include tracking and insurance (currently we ship only to the USA). Shipping cost covers shipping materials, handling costs, and product fulfillment of the order. If you have any questions, use our contact form. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for fulfillment and shipment of your order. We take every effort to inspect each order before it leaves our studio except in cases where the customer has requested drop shipping directly from our lab. To protect your print from loss, theft or damage, insurance and tracking are included in the shipping/ handling cost. Although we take great care in ensuring that your product is right, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any issues incurred by the carrier once your order has left our hands. All orders placed can only be shipped to permanent street mailing addresses. No APO, Military or overseas addresses please.
Because of the nature of the products we sell (including photo calendars), ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. However, we offer refunds ONLY on products that have been damaged either due by us or by damage incurred in shipping by the carrier.
If a refund is warranted, we offer two options on prints. The following criteria must be met: (a) You can request one (1) reprint of any photographic fine art work provided that you first send the original order back to us by return postage. Once we receive the product, we will authorize a reprint at no additional expense to you. NOTE: reprints DO NOT apply to Canvas Prints or; (b) You can request a refund of the purchase price of your item (less any shipping and handling fees if applicable). *NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping/handling costs.
If you are granted a refund (in full or in part) your money will be sent either through PayPal or by U.S. mail.
